We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager & Partner & Alliance Management professional to lead and expand our channel, partnership, and strategic alliance strategy, driving growth and scalability on a global level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage channel and strategic partnership programs, identifying and recruiting new partners to expand UPIX’s market reach.
- Design and implement indirect sales strategies, optimizing channel performance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Establish strategic alliances with technology providers, system integrators, and telecommunications companies to create new business opportunities.
- Negotiate, structure, and manage contracts with partners and distributors, ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, driving engagement and revenue growth.
- Implement performance KPIs for channels and partners, ensuring continuous tracking and strategy optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define campaigns, incentives, and training programs for partners.
- Identify market trends and new opportunities to strengthen the partner and alliance ecosystem.
- Represent UPIX at events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance networking and brand visibility.
- Manage training and certification programs for partners, ensuring they are equipped to sell and support UPIX solutions effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Channel Sales Manager, Partner Manager, or Strategic Alliances professional in the IT, Telecom, or Cloud Services industries.
- Strong track record in expanding and managing sales channels and strategic partnerships in a global or regional environment.
- Deep knowledge of go-to-market strategies, channel management, and revenue-sharing models.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, partnership structuring, and relationship management.
- Experience working with KPIs for indirect sales and channel performance.
- Ability to work strategically and autonomously, managing multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Technology, or related fields. A postgraduate degree/MBA is a plus.
- Fluent English (mandatory). Spanish and Portuguese are strong differentiators.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Telecom, Cloud Computing, or Cybersecurity.
- Background in international markets and channel expansion in Latin America.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation platforms.
