We are looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to support our sales team in executing marketing campaigns, organizing strategic actions, and managing meeting schedules during industry events. If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about marketing and technology, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in executing marketing campaigns and promotional actions to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, emails, landing pages, and social media posts.
- Organize and coordinate the meeting schedules for the sales team during events and industry trade shows.
- Conduct follow-ups and ensure effective communication between the marketing and sales teams.
- Assist in managing CRM and marketing automation tools, ensuring leads and opportunities are correctly recorded and segmented.
- Help organize internal and external events, handling logistics, materials, and giveaways.
- Monitor marketing campaigns and initiatives, generating reports and insights for optimization.
- Collaborate in producing and distributing relevant content for clients and partners.
Requirements
- Ongoing or completed degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, such as CRM, email automation, social media, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in B2B marketing and sales team support.
- Familiarity with technology and telecom industry events and trade shows.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, RD Station, etc.).
- Intermediate/advanced English and/or Spanish is a plus.
