UpKeep is a doorstep valet trash servicer for Apartment communities.
We are looking for hard-working individuals with a good attitude to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make supplemental income in the evenings with Fridays and Saturdays OFF. The Valet Trash Attendant will be responsible for the nightly pick up of door-to-door trash at our apartment communities. Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Location: Frisco
Time: Sunday - Thursday at 8 pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Nightly pick up of bagged trash from each residents’ door to onsite compactor. Nothing is hauled off-site.
Be prepared to work and collect bagged trash Sundays - Thursdays.
Be able to climb multi-story apartment buildings. Get paid to work out!
Work quietly and efficiently keeping noise to a minimum so as not to disturb residents.
Smartphone used to document cleared units.
REQUIRED:
Must have smartphone with Android or IOS operating system.
A full size, open-bed pickup truck to transport trash items from door to property compactor.
Valid driver's license & insurance.
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to lift and transport up to 60 lbs while climbing stairs.
