Role Summary & Duties:
The Recruitment Specialist will assist the Director of Human Resources and department in daily departmental operational duties. Will work on various projects including, but not limited to the following:
The Recruitment Specialist will assist the Director of Human Resources and department in daily departmental operational duties. Will work on various projects including, but not limited to the following:
- Responsible for both Internal and External Employment Advertising
- Social Media recruitment activities
- Internet recruiting
- Must be familiar with Google analytics and search optimization opportunities
- Experience with really recruiting operations and analytics
- Assist with formulating and making job offers
- Composing written offers of employment
- Full spectrum reference checking
- Human Resources related announcements regarding personnel and news articles
- Must have prior Applicant Tracking Experiences
- Assist with new hire onboarding activities
- Provide employee FIT testing support
- Work with contract agencies and contingency worker assignments
- Reconcile invoices for payments with recruitment services and agencies
- Other duties as requested
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must possess strong computer operating skills including working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite package. Must be able to type with speed and accuracy
- Prior human resources experience is preferred
- Candidates should have a bachelors or associate degree in Business Administration or a Human Resources related field preferred or equivalent HR related work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must feel comfortable educating and counseling employee(s) on HR related issues.
