We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the campus operations for Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Home Health Services. They will ensure operational excellence and drive strategic initiatives that align with our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities who can effectively manage change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's overall mission and objectives.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Lead program management initiatives to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with senior leadership to establish long-term strategic plans and business development opportunities.
Manage budgeting processes to ensure financial health and resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities.
Drive change management efforts to adapt to market conditions and internal growth challenges.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance throughout the organization.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Skills

Must possess or be able to attain a current, unencumbered Tennessee Nursing Home Administrator’s license.

Minimum of ten years of administrative management experience in a long-term care facility and senior living.

Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results.

Ability to think ahead and plan over a one-to-five-year time span.

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Technical skills in administrative management, quality assurance, and budget control.

Financial experience, including reading, understanding, and managing financial reports.

Working knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and EMR software.

Conflict analysis and resolution at both strategic and functional levels.

Satisfactory completion of post-offer, pre-employment physical as required.
