We are looking for a High-Ticket Sales Manager to help build, train, lead, and scale a high-performance remote sales team for the relaunch of our communication coaching company.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role at the early stage of something meaningful — and grow alongside it.
This role is commission-only, with a clear path to highly competitive earnings as the team scales.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit and onboard new setters and closers
- Train new team members using proven scripts and sales processes
- Oversee daily/weekly performance metrics and pipeline reports
- Provide coaching, accountability, and leadership to the team
- Jump in as needed as a player-coach to lead from the front.
- Collaborate with company leadership to optimize team structure, offers, and closing processes

Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or recruiting
- Strong communication and leadership presence
- Comfortable managing CRM dashboards and sales workflows
- Ability to coach reps on mindset, messaging, and sales fundamentals
- Speak with a confident, professional tone
Compensation & Opportunity:
We are currently aiming to quickly grow to 60 sales per month, and this role is critical to helping us get there.
This is a commission-only role with no cap on earnings.
You’ll earn 5% of all revenue closed by the team you lead.
- 20 sales/month = ~$3,000/month
- 60 sales/month = ~$9,000/month
- 80 sales/month = ~$12,000/month
This role is perfect for someone looking to get in early, prove their value, and grow into a permanent leadership position as the company scales. As the company grows, benefits and performance-based bonuses will be added.
