Cath Lab Director

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Position Type: Full-time, onsite

Responsible for the 24-hour management of the cardiac cath lab and interventional radiology lab assuring patient care meets the standard of care.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate must be in a director-level role in a large acute care facility. The candidate must have experience in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience required
• Minimum of two (2) years of progressive management experience required
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada (licensing by endorsement is quick & easy)
• Current BCLS Certification
• Experience in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology
• Previous Management Experience - Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Master's Degree required
  
  

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology departments
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Manage and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient care
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance service quality
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize patient care and workflow
• Participate in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning initiatives
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and advancements to ensure the highest level of care
