In this pivotal position, you'll be at the helm of the Cardiovascular ICU and Coronary Care Unit, ensuring top-notch patient care, clinical staff competency, and resource management. Reporting directly to our Chief Nursing Officer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality, safe, and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Quality Care Champion : As the Director, you'll be the guardian of quality care within our units, striving for excellence in every aspect of patient treatment.
- Operational Efficiency : Oversee budgeting and financial efficiency to ensure the smooth running of our nursing units.
- Team Leadership : Lead and professionally develop our nursing staff by setting performance goals, providing feedback, and creating opportunities for growth.
- Recruitment and Training : Spearhead recruitment, hiring, and training efforts to ensure we have the best personnel.
- Committee Chair : Take on committee leadership roles as assigned, contributing to the strategic direction of our healthcare organization.
- Direct Patient Care : When needed, provide direct patient care to maintain your clinical skills.
- Round-the-Clock Responsibility : Assume 24 / 7 responsibility for your assigned areas, guaranteeing that patient care remains consistent.
