What You Will Do :
- Lead and innovate in our state-of-the-art diagnostic laboratory.
- Manage and administer departmental resources with a strategic vision.
- Engage in clinical duties in adherence to departmental policy.
- Provide advanced clinical expertise and educational growth for staff.
- Champion patient-centered services, ensuring excellence in laboratory and hospital QA and Performance Improvement activities.
- Uphold JCAHO, CAP, OSHA, and CLIA 88 standards as the Laboratory Compliance Officer.
- Contribute to the hospital's Service Excellence Program, focusing on patient care and satisfaction metrics (HCAHPS and Core Measure Set).
