Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Sales Expert to drive business growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new clients. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record of success in digital marketing sales. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of marketing solutions, and the ability to cultivate strong client relationships. Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot and lead generation tools like Bark is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored marketing solutions.
- Effectively communicate the value of Ffortify’s services, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, branding, and funnel optimization.
- Manage and track all sales activities using CRM software, ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing or agency services.
- Proven ability to close high-ticket marketing deals and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and lead generation platforms (Bark is a plus).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Commission Structure: Three-tiered commission system based on weekly sales volume (3%-7%).
- Base Salary: $40K-$50K for the first six months, transitioning to a performance-based compensation model.
