Duties

- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions to promote emotional well-being and coping strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with coding standards.
- Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system and connect them with community resources.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills.
Experience
- A degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
- Previous experience working with children and families is preferred.
- Familiarity with therapeutic techniques, including group therapy and individual counseling, is essential.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds are necessary.
- Knowledge of coding practices related to social work documentation is a plus.
