Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to join our team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine the needs of clients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and ongoing evaluations.
- Provide behavioral therapy and clinical counseling to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies and manage acute situations effectively.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and case management records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support for clients.
- Educate clients and their families about substance use disorders, recovery processes, and available resources.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Experience
- A minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health or substance use counseling is preferred.
- Proficiency in crisis management techniques and case management practices.
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for substance use disorders is advantageous.
- Strong skills in medical documentation and adherence to confidentiality standards.
- Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and implementing behavioral therapy techniques is highly desirable.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
