Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct support through individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
- Implement behavior management strategies and monitor client progress throughout treatment.
- Engage in clinical research and data collection to enhance service delivery and improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
- Stay current with advancements in psychopharmacology and behavioral therapy practices.
- Offer Christian counseling when appropriate, integrating faith-based principles into therapeutic approaches.
