Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and advocacy to individuals and families in need. The Social Worker will work closely with diverse populations to address various social issues and improve overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to determine needs and develop appropriate care plans
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions
- Implement therapy techniques tailored to each client's needs
- Collect and maintain accurate client data in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Offer PTSD care and support for individuals experiencing trauma
- Engage in motivational interviewing to inspire positive behavioral changes
- Collaborate with pediatric patients and their families to address social challenges
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Utilize systems theory to understand the impact of social systems on clients
Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Previous experience working with children and families is preferred
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing care plans
- Knowledge of therapeutic interventions and counseling techniques
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement

Pay: $80,326.00 - $85,115.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week
