- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Engage in memory care strategies for patients with cognitive impairments.
- Participate in pain management initiatives for patients experiencing psychological distress related to pain.

Skills

- Experience in hospital medicine, particularly within a teaching hospital or Level I Trauma Center, is advantageous.
