We’re seeking an E-Commerce & Web Development Manager to lead our web development team and help us elevate our ecommerce experience to the next level. In this role, you’ll oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of UPLIFT Desk’s website to improve user experience, drive conversion rates, and support business growth. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll collaborate with marketing, design, and backend teams, ensuring every detail aligns with our core values and delivers real results.

Required Qualifications
- 5 years experience in ecommerce or web development management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and hold teams accountable.
- Experience managing multiple websites and channels, including Amazon.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in presenting products and refining customer journeys.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like BigCommerce or Shopify.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing pricing, inventory, and checkout processes.
- Experience integrating pixels, HubSpot workflows, or other marketing/analytics tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimizing customer journeys.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like Contentful.
- Ensure Accurate and Detailed Product Pages: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop visually stunning, technically precise product pages for our highly complex offerings. Leverage your expertise to ensure every detail—from specifications to features—is accurate, engaging, and optimized to drive customer trust and conversions.
- Optimize Ecommerce Processes: Create and optimize processes for pricing updates, inventory management, and checkout to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Enhance the Customer Journey: Apply best-known methods to refine the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with UPLIFT Desk’s values and drives results.
- Monitor and Improve Website Performance: Regularly audit websites for speed, accessibility, and SEO performance, keeping them competitive and industry-leading.
- Integrate Data and Tools: Manage third-party tools, including analytics pixels, CRM platforms, and integrations like HubSpot, to ensure actionable insights and smooth functionality.
- Present Products Beautifully: Ensure all product descriptions, images, and content are accurate, consistent, and visually appealing across all channels.
- Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align ecommerce efforts with company-wide campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage Multiple Platforms: Oversee the performance of multiple websites and our Amazon channel, ensuring consistent branding and high-performing digital experiences.
- Lead and Coach Your Team: Manage a talented web team, setting high performance standards and providing coaching, accountability, and support for continuous improvement.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up with evolving ecommerce trends, tools, and technologies, applying innovative strategies to maintain UPLIFT Desk’s competitive edge.
