Job Description

As Supply Chain Manager, you will leverage data-driven insights to enhance UPLIFT Desk’s product and service delivery, collaborating cross-functionally across the organization and externally with suppliers and freight-forwarders. Your expertise in supply chain management will drive efficiency in production, inventory optimization, and transportation strategies, while continuously improving processes and reducing costs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a “can-do” attitude—equally comfortable analyzing data in spreadsheets as they are engaging on the warehouse floor. This position reports to the Vice President of Logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or Data Analytics
- 5-7 years of relevant supply chain experience of increasing responsibility, with 2 years of supervisory experience
- Advanced spreadsheet skils and fluency with Warehouse Management Systems, ERP systems, demand forecasting systems and data analytics
- Understanding of all stages of the supply chain, from sourcing to distribution.
- Demonstrated success leading a team of up to 10 people
