Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide clerical support including filing documents, organizing office supplies, and maintaining records.
- Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism, while in a remote setting.
- Assist in managing records and appointments.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent clerical skills including filing, organization, and document management.
- Experience in an office environment with front desk responsibilities is advantageous.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Previous experience as an administratIve assistant is a plus but not required.
