Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator with sales/marketing (Potential for Full-Time)

Job Type: Part-Time (24-30 hours per week), growing to full-time
About Us: Uplift Pelvic Health and Wellness is a thriving and patient-focused practice dedicated to improving the lives of our clients through personalized pelvic floor physical therapy services. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an adaptable, eager-to-learn, and articulate patient care coordinator, with amazing customer care skills to join our team. Must also be self-motivated, organized, excellent with google docs and electronic medical records, and willing to learn Go High Level-CRM platform. This is a growing position with lots of tasks in addition to being willing and comfortable making lots of calls and communicating with staff, and be self-driven to complete many varied tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond quickly with great customer/patient-centered communication
- Responsible for office administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling phone calls, tracking various metrics including inventory, also light cleaning.
- Be able to receive training and eager to learn as we are a quickly growing company
- Be able to handle sales calls, marketing calls, and call patients who need follow-up
- Loves make call/take call, communicate with potential patients
- Manage schedules for staff using Jane app EMR
- Good communication skills
- Desire to learn about pelvic health information to be able to communicate with current and potential new patients, about our treatment methods, philosophy, and programs.
- Execute marketing strategies to help increase brand awareness and client acquisition
- Assist with social media profiles to engage with our community and promote our services
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively, timely, and with a smile.
- Being available some weekends and evenings for clinic and for off site workshops and events.
- Able and enthusiastic about working as part of a team and communicating regularly with staff regarding patient care, marketing and administration tasks.
- A desire to continuously learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
- Prior experience in marketing, social media management, sales.
- Patient care/medical field background experience and/or training.
- Be able to type at least 40-60WPM.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Be willing to work in a collaborative team approach.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and growing healthcare environment.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Familiarity with Go High Level or a willingness to learn.
- A desire to continuously learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities, A-players only. A small business cannot thrive with people who do "the bare minimum".
- Prior experience, patient care/medical field background needed.
- Genuine desire to help people.
- Be prepared to address common objections, such as financial concerns, scheduling conflicts, and patient-specific worries, by focusing on a solution-driven approach.
