Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and menu items to customer specifications.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including dining areas, prep stations, and equipment.

- Open and close the store as a key holder, ensuring all operational and security procedures are followed.

- Lead and supervise the team during your shift, resolving any issues and ensuring a smooth workflow.

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management.

- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Previous experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
