As a Bobarista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverages to our customers. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of boba, coffee & other drinks, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, Boba teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, dining area, and equipment to ensure a safe and inviting environment.
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies; restock as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Deep clean restrooms & dining area nightly
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and promptly.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in cash handling and familiarity with cash registers; Aloha POS experience is a plus.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and passion for coffee is highly desirable.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
