Our solutions accelerate the transition to clean energy and save money for energy are looking for a Manager, IT to drive our company forward, and help us lead the clean energy revolution! How you will make an impact :
- Leading the team of IT Support Analysts and System Administrators who provide support and solutions across the organization, building positive relationships with Uplighters through a customer-centric and metrics-informed mindset
- Identifying and actioning solutions for self-service, automation, and efficiency across corporate systems, including but not limited to help desk tracking, SaaS SSO, video conferencing, and office networks
- Maintaining standards for SOC2 and ISO27000 Compliance for user, system, and data management, participating in regular audits
- Initiating and fostering positive relationships with vendors while maintaining a budget and expense reporting
