Job Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited CRNP — Adult-Gero or Family Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Three (3) years practice experience preferred.
- Commitment: A commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to geriatric patients.
- Team Orientation: Ability to work collaboratively, provide personalized patient care, and demonstrate clinical outcomes.
- Licensure: Eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
