\nMedical Lab Technician salary range: $21.48/hr - $31.19/hr - eligible for up to $10,000 sign on bonus!
\nMedical Laboratory Scientist salary range: $26.97 - $35.51/hr - eligible for up to $15,000 sign on bonus!

- Process specimens for analysis according to established protocols. \n
- Ensure testing accuracy and precision by meeting established protocols and timelines. \n
- Identify critical or abnormal results and take immediate action according to predetermined guidelines. \n
- Troubleshoot problems related to instrumentation, methodology, specimens, or supplies. \n
- Participate in test development and evaluate new methodologies, equipment, and techniques. \n
- Perform and document quality control measures to ensure consistent standards. \n
- Report any incidents or issues to supervisors or pathologists promptly. \n
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, performing minor repairs when necessary. \n
- Enter patient demographic and test data into the information management system. \n
- Assist in the training and orientation of new employees and students, promoting a collaborative work environment. \n

- Medical Laboratory Scientist:\n
- \n
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college/university AND successful completion of a CAHEA accredited
Medical Lab Scientist program OR \n - Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college/university with a major in biological, chemical, or clinical laboratory science AND ASCP or equivalent categorical or MLT certification OR \n
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college/university with a major in biological, chemical, physical, or clinical laboratory science AND at least two years' experience in a role equivalent to that of a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) in a clinical laboratory. \n
\n - Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college/university AND successful completion of a CAHEA accredited

- Associate's degree in a laboratory science with certification (or eligible new graduate) from an accredited institution as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) OR \n
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution with a major in biological, chemical, physical, or clinical laboratory science, with 6 months of clinical laboratory experience OR \n
- Equivalent education and experience as defined by CLIA '88 for individuals performing high complexity testing\n

- Candidates with a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution with a major in biological, chemical, physical, or clinical laboratory science without 6 months of clinical laboratory experience can be considered for our Laboratory Support Technician position, $18.04/hr - $26.71/hr. \n

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

- Medical Technologist MT(ASCP), \n
