Requirements:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Technologist Surgery Certified (TSC)
- BLS certification
- Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
- Act 33 with renewal
- Act 34 with renewal
- Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
