Purpose: In this role, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, handling moderately complex accounting and analytical tasks. You'll maintain general accounts, develop financial statements and reports, and play a key role in preparing annual budgets and regular forecasts and projections. This position will be based out of the US Steel Tower in Pittsburgh, PA. This position will have the potential to work from home with a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week at home and 2 days per week in office.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative tasks, special projects and training programs as assigned.
- Act as a resource for entry-level accountants or administrative staff.
- Prepare general ledger account reconciliations for designated accounts. Propose correcting entries.
- Interpret financial transactions and events for users who must make economic or business decisions.
- Prepares reconciliation of actual to budget variance analysis.
- Prepare and post moderately complex monthly journal entries.
- Create accounting analytics for internal and external reporting requirements.
Salary : $25 - $43
