Responsibilities:
- Accountable and responsible for the provision of patient care and comfort under the direct supervision of a registered nurse according to established standards, policies, and procedures of Washington Health System.
- Accurately reports information to the registered nurse.
- Completes all technical skills and patient care procedures as delegated according to established Washington Health System Core Care Partner 2 Skills & Responsibilities.
- Is competent in considering patient population specific age, developmental stages, and unique needs of assigned population.
- Adheres to all guidelines dealing with the electronic records, charts, completed documents, reports, and other documents associated with established organizational policies to ensure patient/family privacy and security.
- Demonstrates the ability to achieve desired work effectively, efficiently, and without wasted time or resources.
- Collaborates with the patient/family to modify care/services and establish effective partnerships as needed.
- Provides defect-free and respectful care/service to patients, families, and internal and external customers to achieve service excellence while adhering to established Washington Health System programs.
Schedule: Rotating days, weekends, and holidays. Rotating 12-hour shifts: 6:30AM-7PM and 6:30PM-7AM.
