Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical nursing practice, identifying and implementing improvements for patients and staff.
- Apply nursing knowledge within the Relationship-Based Care framework to meet patient and family needs.
- Communicate effectively with care providers, patients, families, and colleagues, sharing new knowledge through various formats.
- Utilize performance improvement tools to enhance care quality and work environment, spreading best practices across units.
- Build and maintain productive relationships through mentoring and positive communication, addressing cultural diversity and workplace issues.
- Mentor and educate staff, serving as a preceptor for students and new nurses, and promoting continuous learning and development.
Salary : $40 - $53
