$3,500 for a 2 year commitment
$5000 for a 3 year commitment
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Clin III to enhance staff retention, manage corrective actions, and oversee staff development and training.
- Provides supervision and participates in case consultations.
- Works on expanding walk-in/residential services and reducing overtime.
- Identifies areas for improvement, collaborates with senior leadership, manages crises, and participates in high utilizer and building-wide meetings.
- Engages in project and program analysis and quality initiatives.
Salary : $27 - $47
