UPMC in Williamsport is currently searching for a Regular Full-time, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our outpatient Allergy office. In this role you will have the flexibility to work one of the following schedules, depending which is more convenient for you! Both are dayshift and require no weekend or holidays. - 4 days per week - 10 hours/day:
- Tuesday & Thursday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Wednesday & Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Mondays, Weekends, & Holidays Off!
- 5 days/week - 8 hours/day:
- Monday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Tuesday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Wednesday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Thursday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Weekends & Holidays Off!

- $5,000.00 - 2yr Commitment | 0-1 years experience & recent graduates
- $7,500.00 - 2yr Commitment | 1 years experience
Purpose:
Provides professional nursing care to office patients under supervision of patient care providers.
Responsibilities:
- Draw blood.
- Comply with requirements of appropriate regulatory agencies (i.e. OSHA, CLIA, PA Department of Health).
- Administer medications including oral, SQ, IM, and IV drip.
- Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments.
- Assess patient's general condition and take vital signs and weight.
- Comply with all policies and procedures.
- Perform IV therapy under direction of Registered Nurse.
- Document all activities/interventions, patient/family responses, medication dispensed/prescribed, etc., in the medical record.
- Maintain strict confidentiality related to medical records and other data.
- Promote wellness by providing patient education materials, and communicating physician advice/instructions.
Salary : $20 - $30
