In this role, there is the opportunity to -
- Document and evaluate transportation project needs, collaborating with managers to develop program budgets.
- Develop and implement surveys or control studies to assess TDM program components and gather relevant data.
- Analyze data to identify commuting patterns and long-term transportation planning options.
- Perform feasibility studies and forecast various transportation alternatives to improve program effectiveness.
- Develop and oversee TDM programs promoting alternative transportation methods and reducing traffic flow.
- Manage vendors and contractors performing maintenance in parking facilities, including janitorial and valet services.
- Participate in strategic planning to establish short and long-term goals for parking operations.
- Work with senior leadership to determine budgetary requirements and develop annual operating and capital budgets.
- Plan and conduct audits to evaluate parking counts, utilization, and revenue data for effective decision-making.
- Ensure proper cleanliness, safety, and security of parking facilities through routine inspections and maintenance.
