UPMC Chartwell is looking for a Materials Management Assistant to join their dedicated team!
Maintain medical, DME and rental supplies and track all medical equipment in facility. This position will support Chartwell's inventory, receiving, supply chain and warehousing teams, in both the Specialty and Infusion business lines.
This role will work Monday through Friday,10 am to 6:30 pm. Occasional weekends and holidays as needed by the department.

Responsibilities:
- Oversees the purchasing, inventory control and storage function of the facility.
- Follows established performance standards and performs duties according to policies and procedures.
- Records and tracks all chargeable equipment for end of the month billing.
- Manages acquisition of DME and rental Equipment.
- Labels and files all chargeable items.
- Maintains Par level of medical supplies.
- Trains employees on the procedures for utilizing supplies and ensuring the proper procedures are followed by staff and management
Salary : $19 - $29
