In this role, there is the opportunity to -
- Utilize the Residency Management system (Med Hub) to manage rotation schedules, PTO, work hours, and trainee documentation.
- Prepare and maintain accreditation documentation (ACGME, ASHP, CODA, CPME) and specialty board requirements, ensuring timely updates.
- Coordinate and organize documentation for the UPMC Medical Education Annual Program Oversight Review (APOR) and Site Visit preparations.
- Monitor and manage trainee, rotation, faculty, and program evaluations, ensuring timely and thorough assessments.
- Schedule and facilitate Program Evaluation Committee (PEC) and Clinical Competency Committee (CCC) meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting documentation.
- Develop and maintain recruitment resources, including brochures, websites, and presentations, adapting to virtual formats as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with trainees, program directors, and other stakeholders, acting as a liaison between all parties.
- Manage the planning and execution of program events, such as recruitment, orientation, and celebrations, including material preparation and distribution.
