Purpose:

Responsibilities:
· Develop and monitor group activities for patients in collaboration with the team.
· Track and document daily progress through notes, data collection, summarization, and graphing for assigned patients, covering educational, behavioral, and skills development programs.
· Work cooperatively in a trans-disciplinary environment under the supervision of senior staff.
· Participate in behavioral and functional assessments of patients.
· Maintain professional rapport with co-workers, patients, and visitors.
· Coordinate data management for program evaluation and report findings to the clinical community.
· Assess and monitor skills development programs (e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, social skills).
· Assist in monitoring patient satisfaction from various stakeholders (teachers, parents, child, outside agencies).
