Title and Rate of Pay will be based on Education and Experience
Responsibilities:
- Facilitates orientation, continuing education, and patient care initiatives, ensuring staff competency and compliance with safety policies. The role includes mentoring staff, being a resource in their specialty, and leading performance improvement projects
- Take leadership roles in hospital projects, solve problems creatively, and assist in verifying direct care staff competencies.
- Build productive relationships by mentoring, modeling positive communication, and fostering trust.
- Convey information clearly, engage audiences, and participate in quality improvement efforts, using evidence-based practices.
