Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient care & daily activities.
- Perform core nursing assistant duties (e.g., blood glucose monitoring, vital signs, specimen collection, Foley care)
- Monitor patient status and report changes to the RN.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and other departments.
- Assist with patient restraints and provide instruction to patients and families under RN direction.
- Support unit activities, including call light response, meal tray delivery, and patient transport.
- Maintain safety and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Document patient care in medical records and perform clerical duties as needed.
- Engage in department projects and quality initiatives.
Salary : $17 - $26
