Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist hospital visitors, patients, and guests with directions, information, and general support, including handling calls and enforcing visitor policies.
- Issue and manage various badges and access cards, ensuring compliance with hospital guidelines.
- Respond to medical and security emergencies, follow mandatory reporting procedures, and respect patient confidentiality.
- Serve as a hospital liaison, addressing concerns, assisting families, and training new employees and volunteers.
- Manage lobby upkeep, floral deliveries, lost-and-found items, and guest amenities.
- Provide transportation assistance, including wheelchair transport, bus tickets, cab arrangements, and car seat loans.
- Process pre-admit patients and maintain accurate records of support services.
- Handle parking transactions and financial deposits for Brinks pickup.
