*Applicants will be placed in the appropriate job title and salary based on their individual experience and education. Pharmacy Technician, Associate rates start at $18.04. Pharmacy Technician, Intermediate rates start at $18.24. Pharmacy Technician, Senior rates start at $18.44.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment.
- Prepare and handle medications safely and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation and storage guidelines.
- Develop positive relationships during medication distribution.
- Participate in medication distribution and controlled substances management.
- Engage in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care.
- Use computer skills for patient information and pharmacy systems.
- Conduct sales transactions and handle cash according to procedures.
- Maintain accurate records for medications and controlled substances.
- Assist in preparing and distributing medications for patient use.
