What We Offer:
Flexible Shifts: Choose from 3 to 12-hour shifts per week, available between 7 AM-7 PM or 7 PM-7 AM. Each scheduling period includes 6 night shifts and 6 weekend shifts, with an additional $2.00 per hour for off-shift work.
Generous Sign-On Bonuses: Eligible candidates can receive sign-on bonuses of $15,000 for new graduates and $20,000 for nurses with 1 years of experience, with a two-year commitment.
Monthly Loan Repayment: Nurses who graduated between 2022-2025 may qualify for up to $20,000 in loan repayment, distributed over three years.
Paid Time Off: Enjoy up to five and a half weeks of PTO annually, plus seven paid holidays.
