This full-time position will work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Occasional travel to Clarion and Northwest hospital will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance care and service.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to manage complex patient care scenarios effectively.
- Demonstrate physical stamina and adaptability to handle changing priorities and specialized equipment.
- Educate patients, families, and staff using adult learning principles, providing clear guidance for care.
- Collaborate with physicians to develop holistic, patient-centered care plans and triage patient needs.
- Ensure accurate, comprehensive patient documentation to facilitate effective communication among caregivers.
- Support professional development by mentoring staff and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Actively engage in shared governance, goal setting, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Promote a safe and balanced work environment by modeling accountability, time management, and healthy relationships.
