UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital is searching for a Registered Nurse to support our Mobile Medication Services Team!
The mission of the Mobile Medication program is to assist program participants to optimize their community recovery by improving medication adherence, develop a greater knowledge of the medication they are prescribed and to work in partnership with the treatment team including Service Coordination around medication management. Services most often will take place in client’s home and include administering injectable medication, monitoring oral medications and assess barriers to medication adherence. Schedule is M-F 8:30AM-5PM with flexible scheduling and paid on-call rotation available.
