Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains productive relationships with patients, colleagues, and management, demonstrating accountability, enthusiasm, and commitment.
- Promotes healthy relationships, cultural understanding, and a work-life balance, while identifying and communicating safety hazards.
- Utilizes adult learning principles to teach patients, families, students, and new staff, fostering an environment of open dialogue and continuous improvement.
- Applies the nursing process within Relationship-Based Care to create a healing environment and formulate patient goals and plans of care.
- Demonstrates critical thinking to identify and address clinical, social, safety, psychological, and spiritual needs of patients.
