Provides a quality Speech Language Pathology program to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer service with a positive attitude, showing care and support for all.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
- Adheres to organizational policies, procedures, and mission, including reporting unethical or illegal activities.
- Provides diagnostic evaluative services for clients referred for Speech-Language Pathology.
- Actively participates in staff meetings, development programs, and departmental committees.
- Coordinates evaluation, scheduling, and treatment programs for referred clients.
- Compiles and reports accurate data for financial, statistical, and administrative needs.
- Pursues professional growth, presents educational programs, and participates in community education.
- Maintains competency requirements for regulatory and accrediting agencies (e.g., OSHA, TJC, CMS).
- Provides appropriate speech pathology treatments for all beneficial clients.
