Provides a quality Speech Language Pathology program to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Achieves and maintains productivity standards set by the facility.
- Prepares necessary time records.
- Maintains compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies’ requirements (OSHA, TJC, CMS).
- Pursues professional growth and development, presents in-service and educational programs.
- Performs job responsibilities in line with the organization’s mission.
- Maintains accurate progress notes and professional records for speech pathology services.
- Adheres to organizational policies, including Corporate Compliance and HIPAA regulations.
- Provides appropriate speech pathology treatments and diagnostic services.
- Compiles and reports accurate data for financial, statistical, and administrative needs.
- Coordinates evaluation, scheduling, and treatment programs for clients, maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service.
Salary : $31 - $47
