Responsibilities:
- Meets or exceeds productivity standards set by the organization for the facility, ensuring efficiency and quality in performance.
- Accurately prepares time records in accordance with organizational requirements, ensuring timely and proper documentation.
- Keeps current with all necessary criteria for regulatory and accrediting agencies, such as OSHA, TJC, CMS, and practitioner requirements. This includes maintaining CEUs, professional licenses, CVs, CPR certification, TB test, and safety competencies.
- Actively seeks professional growth, aligns with the organization's mission, and participates in educational activities, including in-service programs and community outreach as requested.
- Completes job duties as assigned, consistently aligning with the organization's mission, ensuring a high level of commitment and responsibility.
- Maintains accurate progress notes and professional records for all patients receiving speech pathology services, ensuring clear documentation of care.
- Complies with organizational policies, including Corporate Compliance and HIPAA regulations, and promptly reports any unethical or illegal conduct as required.
- Provides appropriate diagnostic and evaluative services to all clients, coordinates treatment plans, and ensures confidentiality and accuracy in all financial, statistical, and administrative reports related to speech pathology services.
Salary : $31 - $47
