Provides a quality Speech Language Pathology program to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares diagnostic and evaluative reports with recommendations for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology services.
- Maintains compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies' requirements (OSHA, TJC, CMS) and practitioner requirements (CEUs, licenses, certifications).
- Provides diagnostic evaluative services for clients referred for Speech-Language Pathology.
- Delivers appropriate speech pathology treatments to clients.
- Actively participates in staff meetings, development programs, and in-service education.
- Adheres to organizational policies, including Corporate Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, and HIPAA regulations.
- Maintains confidentiality and accurate progress notes and professional records.
- Provides excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Coordinates evaluation, scheduling, and treatment programs for clients.
- Pursues professional growth, presents educational programs, and participates in community education.
Salary : $31 - $47
