Responsibilities:
Goal Planning and Service Implementation
- Develop and deliver goal plans for clients.
- Create individualized service plans and provide vocational guidance.
- Assist with self-care and hygiene activities as needed.
Coordination and Documentation
- Coordinate transportation and document progress.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
Training and Support
- Train and support clients at work sites.
- Assist in job development and provide follow-up services.
Communication and Relationships
- Maintain communication with all stakeholders and establish good working relationships.
Job Analysis and Training Programs
- Conduct job analysis and develop training programs.
- Prepare clients for more independent vocational settings.
