Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations as well as delivering goods to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a valid driver's license, and experience with various types of delivery vehicles. This position is essential in ensuring that our logistics run smoothly and efficiently. The schedule will be Sunday and Tuesday-Friday.
Minimum Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older, pass a background check and have a valid CA Driver's License with clean DMV Record. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English at the level of a high school student. Must be able to legally work in the United States. Workdays are typically 8 hours, but can last around 12 hours depending on delivery location, travel distance and needs of the company.
Summary
Using company vehicles, our drivers are responsible for delivery of cannabis products, calling customers, collecting payments, and managing assigned inventory.
A Warehouse Associate will help with stocking, storing, labeling, packing and distributing all materials and supplies.
This is the perfect job for someone who has excellent time management and communication skills, is detail oriented, reliable, can work in a fast pace environment and enjoys diversity in their work.
This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Physical Demands
A driver is primarily a sedentary position, while a Warehouse Associate is a physically demanding position.
To perform the required tasks of this position, a Delivery Driver needs to have and/or be able to:
Driver:
- Satisfactorily operate a company vehicle and be able to constantly remain in a seated position up to approximately 75% of your shift
- Use eyes and ears to detect traffic movement and the direction of the road
- Intermittently move within the warehouse, between the warehouse and vehicles, and vehicle to the delivery location; including possibly ascending and descending stairs
- Lift boxes and/or other items up to 50 lbs. and move them through the warehouse, between the warehouse and vehicles or from the vehicle to the delivery location
- Distances and times may vary based on which vehicles are being loaded or unloaded
- Be able to navigate uneven terrain, such as sidewalks, parking lots and city curbs
- Communicate with supervisor, sales team, accounting and clients
Warehouse Associate:
- Will sit, stand or walk short distances for the employee’s entire shift.
- Will climb stairs on an occasional basis.
- Will have consistent packing and inventory movement demands.
- Constantly operates a computer and other warehouse electronics.
- Lift and carry up to 50lbs. on an occasional basis.
- Will lift, push or pull up to 30 pounds on a frequent basis.
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures.
- May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis.
- May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis.
- Be able to navigate uneven terrain, such as sidewalks, parking lots and city curbs.
