About the position
Note: This is a seasonal position starting as early as May and going through September - we will be flexible with start and end dates.
Team members will play a vital role in providing exceptional service, building charcuterie boards, and making salads & sandwiches while fostering a welcoming environment for customers. These associates will be friendly, passionate, creative, knowledgeable, and dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every customer.

Qualifications
- 2 years of restaurant/food service experience (preferred)
- Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license
- Possess a high level of customer service and communication skills
- Interest in food trends and creative food arrangements is a plus
- ServSafe Food Handler – certification required before first day of work (takes 1.5-2 hours and we will pay for the certification fee of $15 and the time to take the training)
Responsibilities will include:
- Create unique and customizable charcuterie boards, boxes, and more
- Prepare salads and sandwiches
- Ensure that each creation is held to our high-quality standards of visual and edible perfection
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering product information and assistance.
- Fulfill customer orders accurately while also considering special requests and dietary restrictions
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and inspecting deliveries
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations
- Effectively follow daily prep tasks
- Daily cleaning - including but not limited to: mopping, dishes, wiping down all surfaces, and more
