As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative, social-media-savvy individual to help elevate our online presence and support marketing efforts.
The Role
We’re seeking a Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Manager who can create engaging content, manage our social platforms, and assist with light marketing activities. If you love capturing moments, storytelling through video and reels, and keeping up with the latest trends, this role is perfect for you!
What You’ll DoSocial Media Management
- Develop & execute a content strategy to grow our audience and engagement.
- Create eye-catching reels, videos, and stories that highlight our charcuterie, tap wall, and events.
- Plan and schedule content across Facebook and Instagram with a consistent brand voice.
- Capture on-site photos & videos (as needed) to showcase our offerings, atmosphere, and customer experiences.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Track key metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay up to date with social media trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Marketing Support
- Create flyers and graphics for upcoming events and promotions.
- Update content on our in-house TV displays, including menus and event details.
- Bonus: If you have experience with WordPress, we’d love for you to help keep our website updated with new offerings and event announcements.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing social media for a business or brand.
- Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram, especially reels and video content creation.
- Creative thinker with an eye for engaging, high-quality visuals.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) to create simple marketing materials.
- Excellent communication & copywriting skills for crafting compelling captions.
- Self-motivated and proactive in bringing ideas to the table.
- Bonus: WordPress experience for website updates.
- Must be located in the Brainerd Lakes Area (this is a remote role but will require occasional on-site content creation).
