As a Tooling Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating Mixer at a high efficiency level, handling raw materials, and maintaining work area. Your primary focus will be on supporting the material mixing and tool coating functions by staging mixed material hoppers on production floor, disposing of scrap material, and preparing PEX Tools for extrusion.
About the Role
This position requires a strong background in manufacturing, preferably 1-3 years of experience. You will work closely with the lead and supervisor of the mixing and tooling group to ensure smooth operations. Problem-solving, multitasking/prioritizing, and paying attention to detail are essential skills for this role. A 12-hour shift is also a requirement.
